Frisco_Rmix licence information

With downloading and/or installing FRISCO_REMIX font software, you will agree to the following terms of the license agreement for use of the font:

FRISCO_REMIX is licensed for a user configuration of any combination up to 6 devices, such as I (one) printer or other output device and 5 (five) cpu's on one single location/entity.

An output device is any equipment to generate final display from, such as a laser, inkjet or dot matrix printer, a plotter, a video projector or display terminal, entertainment cd production equipment, a web site server.

FRISCO_REMIX font software and character designs are intellectual property and copyright of the designers of the individual characters or glyphs. FRISCO_REMIX may not be copied or duplicated other than for backup purposes. FRISCO_REMIX or outline representations derived from Frisco_Remix may not be modified,distributed, sold or licensed to other parties.

FRISCO_REMIX is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. Holland Fonts is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur by using, not using or not being able to use FRISCO_REMIX font software.

Any display representation derived from Holland Fonts software (such as EPS files, outline illustrations) must be used according the original licensing terms.

Holland Fonts, the Holland Fonts logo and Frisco_Remix are trademarks of Max Kisman and Holland Fonts. FRISCO_REMIX is an idea of, and produced by Max Kisman for Holland Fonts in collaboration with the AIGA San Francisco, on the occasion of the event “Spaced Out. Black Holes In Typography” on 1 October, 2003 in the Academy of Art College's Morgan Auditorium in San Francisco. Frisco_Remix is available for free until 31 December 2003 at www.hollandfonts.com and selective foundry web sites from contributing designers.
